Straight answers for studio owners.

Primary audience is a studio with two or more instructors under one name. A solo coach can use the same product — you are admin and instructor today — and invite a second teacher later without migrating families.

Free includes 1 admin, 2 instructors, and 5 students, with the same modules as Pro. Pro removes those caps: unlimited admins, instructors, and students.

No. Classdock bills the studio. Charge families however you charge today — parent billing and online payments are not in the product yet.

Yes. Create the organization, invite instructors, add courses and batches, then invite students and parents. When you hire, you invite the new coach into the same portal — you do not switch tools.

No. Classdock is the signed-in operations app for staff and families. This marketing site is ours; your families sign in to your branded portal (yourstudio.classdock.ai).

They land in your branded portal and see the sessions, batches, and student records they belong to — including sessions across different instructors. They cannot create courses, open batches, or mark attendance.

Not yet. There is no self-serve checkout. Use Start free to tell us about your studio, or Book a demo and we will set you up. Pro is $20/month or $15/month billed annually ($180/year).

Each studio is its own tenant. Students, notes, and rosters are not mixed with another business. See the Privacy page for the current draft of how we handle data.

Instructors cannot log a session more than 48 hours in the past. That keeps the log honest across a team without blocking same-day or next-day catch-up. Admins are not limited the same way when they need to correct a record.
